Shipping policy

Orders placed on Granarelli SHOP are shipped on the Italian territory by SDA courier, on the Russian territory by EMS and in other countries by DHL.

For orders destined to the Italian territory shipping is free of charge for purchases over €99, below that the rates of our couriers will be applied. At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be provided so that you can follow the path of your package. Orders are processed immediately after verification of product availability and payment check. In case of any errors, the amount charged may be refunded.

Shipments are delivered in 1-3 working days in Italy and in 2-5 working days in the other countries of the European Community, depending on the delivery zone and the time the order was placed or the payment received.

In the European Community, the goods will arrive directly at the indicated location without having to pay anything in addition to what was paid at the time of the order. In non-EU countries, additional fees may be required depending on the policies of the individual states.
