  1. HOW TO BUY

    Buying on Granarelli Shop is very simple. You can browse the home page or in the catalog and click on the product image chosen to view the product sheet.

    Product sheet: Inside the product tab you can view the details of the selected item and see image images enlarged using the zoom. On the product tab are listed template, description and price information.

    Shopping cart: on the page dedicated to the cart you can view the selected products, the quantity and the total cost of the same. By clicking on "Proceed to check out" you can continue the purchase path.

    To complete the order you will need to fill out the checkout page, following the steps indicated: On the same page, you can view the checkout progress status. All the data of your order are summarized at the end of the procedure and once the purchase process has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes. At concluded purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary and the order code made.

  3. Shipments

    Orders made on Granarelli Shop are shipped on the Italian territory through express couriers (GLS, BRT, DHL), on Russian territory through EMS and other countries via DHL. For orders destined for Italian territory the shipment is free. At the time of shipment the tracking number is communicated to follow the path of the package.

    Orders are processed immediately after a verification on the actual availability of the product and payment control. In the event of errors, the amount charged can be refunded. Shipments are delivered in 1-3 working days in Italy and in 2-5 days in the other countries of the European Community, depending on the delivery area and the time in which the order has been ordered or implemented.

    The goods will come directly to the place indicated without having to pay anything besides what is paid at the time of order. ATTENTION: no shipping to mailboxes are made.
